1. Deposit and Pre-Order A deposit of €200 per unit is payable at the time of placing a Chemira pre-order. The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price.
2. Delivery Delivery is expected within six months from the date of order, subject to product availability and the receipt of all required regulatory approvals. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of MBA, including regulatory approval processes and product availability.
3. Regulatory Approval If Chemira cannot be supplied because the required regulatory approvals have not been obtained, the €200 per unit deposit will be refunded in full within six months of the date of order. This provision does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable law.
4. Payment Schedule The remaining purchase price will be payable in accordance with the agreed order terms: First instalment: MBA will provide at least seven days' notice before the first payment of €1,500 is due. This payment will be required prior to commencement of manufacturing of the order. Final payment: The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to shipment. All payments will be collected by MBA using the payment method agreed at the time of order.
5. Privacy Personal information provided in connection with a Chemira pre-order will be used to process and administer the pre-order, arrange payment and delivery, and contact the customer regarding their order. Personal information will be handled in accordance with MBA's applicable Privacy Policy and data protection obligations.
6. Statutory Rights Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or otherwise limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
